American Hip-hop pioneer, Kidd Creole arrested for stabbing a homeless man to death because he called him a 'Gay Slur'

Legendary rapper, Kidd Creole, a founding member of the 1980s rap group Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, has been arrested in New York over the stabbing of a homeless man over a misunderstanding.
The 57-year-old whose real name is Nathaniel Glover, was arrested on Wednesday on murder charges for the killing of John Jolly, 55, at E. 44th St. and Third Ave.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the rapper used a small knife to stab the man two times in the chest and once in the head after he allegedly called him a 'gay slur'.
The homeless man who was a convicted rapist and sex offender died at Bellevue Hospital.
Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five which was founded in 1980, introduced rap to a mainstream audience. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007, the first hip-hop group to make the cut.
