Uganda's Health State Minister, Sarah Opendi, disguised herself and
visited the China-Naguru hospital where she discovered patients have to
bribe hospital staff to get treatment. Two of the nurses who were to
attend to her, asked her for a bribe before she could see a doctor.
According to reports from Ugandan dailies, the doctor and even lab
attendants also asked for bribes when she saw them. They have all been
